Art Journaling is the intersection of a written diary or journal, and a sketchbook.

The Desert Sonnet Series had its beginnings in a  journey across Australia’s remote Tanami Desert.

This began with a trip across Australia via the Tanami Desert and Kimberley region, and builds on the work in the Desert Sonnet series. 

A series of watercolour paintings with a botanical influence, created to go into the world to soothe and spread kindness.

The poems and women’s faces coalesced into a body of work called When Wise Women Whisper.

I believe we experience Home - our true home- when we are in a state of peace. It need not be a singular physical place, and it means we can be ANYWHERE and feel at Home.
