Madame Jellyfish showed up where I expected a bunch of flowers. These pieces are created with the coloured layer of alcohol ink first, which I then draw over. Up until Madame Jellyfish showed up, asssorted flower and leaf shapes suggested themselves to be drawn on these inky backgrounds, but as I contemplated this one, it seemed to be asking for a jellyfish. Weird, I know, but I like to follow whatever the muses come up with for me.
